Zionsville, Ind. - Ida M.(Rodgers) Horvath, 95 passed away in Zionsville 1:05 PM on March. 2, 2010. She was born on Sept. 14, 1914 in Elkhart, Ind. to Jesse E. Rogers an d Myrtle V. (Osborn) Rodgers. She Married Frank P. Horvath on June 29, 1940 In Elkhart and he passed away in 1983. Ida was a line worker for CTS for 36 years until her retirement in 1976. She attended Elkhart High School, and a was Elkhart resident until 2005 moving to Zionsville. A member of YMCA, YWCA Senior Center, Women of the Moose Chapter 73 and UAW# 941. Survivors include Daughter H. Holly (C. Richard) Kelly of Indianapolis Grandchild Michael Sean Kelly of San Francisco, Calif. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Sisters: Mary Rogers, Martha Krauser, Lillian Peiffer, Brothers: James H.. Rogers, Raymond L. Rodgers. Services will be Friday March 5, 2010 at 1 PM at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home 403 W. Franklin St. Elkhart, Ind. with Rev. Kevin Bauman officiating. Visitation will be from 11 AM until the hour of service. Burial will be at St. Vincent's Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church.
